Happy New Year + Features

Gosh, this year went by so fast. So many things have happened, I tell you, the word "boring" is definitely NOT in my vocabulary any more.

I graduated. I helped solving the newspapers vs. school problem. I forgot most of what I learned during the last two years and I loved it ^^
I got accepted at the uni I wanted to go from the start, which came as a total surprise. I moved to Nuremberg. I found new friends in the girl I live with now and the people I meet at uni.
My little nephew had his 1st birthday some weeks ago. He can almost totally walk on his own now.
My sister got married. Who would have thought ...
Lots of new music. LOTS of new music. And movies. And art. I will never get enough!
I found new friends in real life and online. Really good friends. I just visited one of them two days ago.
Some friendships grew stronger and stronger during this year, some others slowly vanish. But that's ok, that's how life goes.
I learned how to manage my life in Nuremberg, I'm organized and motivated.

And the newest surprise:

Four little Degu-babies were born two days ago! They are so cute! I can't wait to see them for the first time Linda and I are both at our parent's houses at the moment, so I've only seen photos so far!

_{For those who don't know: Linda, the girl I live with, has 8 degus of her own that live with us in our flat, and one of the newest ones was pregnant when she bought it, but it wasn't visible back then. So we discovered this little surprise two weeks ago and were looking forward to the babies ever since}

So you see, my year was very entertaining and exciting! Of course not everything was perfect, of course there are things that I regret and things that didn't work out that great, but after all, 2010 was a wonderful year for me personally! I hope your year was just as wonderful!

I wish you all a wonderful and happy New Year, lots of new experiences and great memories to look back to. Live this year in a way that you don't regret anything when 2011 over. Let your very being, your signature, your soul flow into everything you do - your art, your words and your deeds.
And if life lets you down, if it's nothing but bitter oranges - ask for cinnamon and tequila
