Doesn't everyone of us know somebody like this ...
Stuck in hell and in misfortune, surrounded by their own demons, they manage to take wing, to find their happyness again and again ... and again ... Those are the heroes of our time. Done and created for the "Angels and Demons"-Challenge of  EDIT: I am one of the winners! Thanks for supporting my deviation!  EDIT 2: Thanks for your votes! This is now 60% the original version and 40% the other version! But if you understood my interpretation, you also understood that she is not a real angel, but a human stuck in problems who made these wings herself, means her own salvation. These wings are her way out of hell, a metaphor, means these aren't "real" wings. I hope you understand what I mean I could make a wallpaper out of this.  This is such a beautiful piece of photomanipulation! The background is what I love best, the way you made it blend from fiery and turbulent to dark and almost peaceful really brings out the piece's theme. You seem to have a knack for putting two clashing things together, don't you?
 You also picked the perfect model, the way her face is tilted makes you think she's searching for something, and really wanting to find it.-- Hey look, a signature! thank you! Oh yes, the background is what I like best, too!
 Well the Challenge was about taking one angel and one demon out of five given stocks each, means the club gave me that model. I didn't really like the other given angels, but fell in love with this one! And since I liked the movie a lot I so wanted to participate in the contest! Thank you again!  Very beautiful!! I can understand every meaning you put into the work!

I think it's a good thing to remember from time to time that humans have the power to take wing, to be strong enough to fight whatever struggles their life! Very true indeed.. We all have the strength to take flight and soar
